Private and business calls
Several different public line access prefixes can be configured for a location (see How to create a new location). This allows you to distinguish between business and private calls. Different routings can be defined for these different public line access prefixes (see also chapter Routing).
Analyzing calls by different public line access prefixes allows you to later create call detail records (see also Call Detail Records (CDR)). You can specify how external numbers are to be stored in call detail records: as complete numbers, partially (replacing the final digits with 'X'), or not at all (replaced with 'XXXX').
