As a software application in your network, the use of SwyxWare is based on license agreements between your company and Swyx, resulting from the sales agreement and the installation of the software. The supplied license keys accordingly allow the SwyxWare products corresponding to these license conditions to be installed on one server and a number of client PCs corresponding to the number of users. The license keys to be entered during the installation of the component SwyxServer include, as well as the licensed number of users, further information on the licensed option packs and thus on the functional structure.

Following the installation, SwyxWare can be used without restriction for 30 days. Wthin this period, the "temporary" license keys must be made "permanent". A permanent license key can be obtained by sending a registration file that is created during installation. Once this registration file has been sent to us, a file with your individual permanent license keys will be emailed back to you, typically within one working day. You can import this file without interrupting the active system, and you are then able to run your SwyxWare for an unlimited period.
