For optimal speech quality and ease of operation, it is most important to equip the PC with a suitable "telephone handset/headset" for using PC telephony. Swyx offers a range of different devices - from the SwyxIt! Handset P280 with USB connection to various headset models with different connection and wear technologies.

If it should happen that Swyx hardware products cannot meet all your requirements, you can also operate hundreds of devices from other manufacturers with SwyxWare, provided these products comply with the international standards. This applies especially to the wide range of SIP telephones and other SIP devices. Please note, though, that compliant devices almost always offer a functional scope inferior to comparable Swyx devices.
