The callback function allows you to leave a callback request for another subscriber. These callback requests are stored in the tab Callbacks in the call journal.

If another subscriber has left you a callback request, this is indicated in the Call journal under All and Missed. A red circle on the Call journal function key and the Missed list indicates that you have a callback request.
