8.13 Callback request
If you call another subscriber within your company and the connection can not be established (e.g. speaking, busy, call not picked up, absent), you can make a callback request.
There are two different situations:
Callback on busy, i.e. the person called is speaking
Callback (when the line is idle and the call is not picked up or is forwarded to Voice Box)
SwyxIt! offers you a list for the management of your callback requests.
If another user leaves a callback request for you, it will be shown in the call journal under All and Missed.
