10.7.1 Information on the calls
Further information about the calls is shown in the call journal:
Status
Explanation
Number/URI
Number of calling/called party
Name
Name of calling/called party (for internal subscribers, or if the name can be resolved e.g. from the phonebook or contacts)
Date/Time
Time of Call
Status
For incoming calls only (Caller List, Missed Calls or All Calls). Here you can see, for example, whether a call was picked up or forwarded (10.7.1.1 Status of the Calls).
Callback request
This indicates that a caller has left a callback request.
Call for
Here you can see which number the caller originally dialed, i.e. if the call was forwarded or not.
Connected to
Here you can see who answered the call for you.
Call duration
Only for answered calls. The duration of the call is specified here.
Played by
The name of the group member who played the voice message first is displayed here.

If you have activated Swyx Connector for DATEV, the duration of the calls is shared with DATEV.

You can easily alter the window size and the width of individual columns, simply by dragging the lines. The format for date/time display is governed by the Windows system settings.
