19.1 Requirements
SwyxServer
SwyxServer must be installed in the network and ready for operation. If you use SwyxON, SwyxServer is not within the network.
SwyxIt!
Your PC must fulfill certain requirements in order for you to be able to use SwyxIt!:
*Processor : AMD or Intel 1 GHz or higher
*Memory: Windows 10 x64 at least 2 GB and Windows 11 x64 at least 4 GB
*at least 550MB free disk space (with SwyxFax Client about 610MB)
*DirectX-capable graphics adapter with a minimum resolution of 800x600 pixels and with at least 16bit color depth (32767 colors)
*Sound card, to connect third party audio devices or other external audio devices.
*A network adapter which enables you to access the local network.
*Operating system: Windows 10 (x64), Windows 11 (x64), Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022, each with TCP/IP protocol v4 installed (for data transfer). See also https://service.swyx.net/hc/en-gb/articles/13916515322908-Supported-operating-systems-for-Swyx-14

On all operating systems, please always use the latest Windows update officially released by Microsoft, which is provided via the General Availability Channel. This is supported for Windows 10 and Windows 11. The LTSC is supported for Windows Server.
 
*Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (is included on the SwyxWare DVD).

If you use desktop firewall software, you must configure this appropriately.
 
Integration into Microsoft Outlook
SwyxIt! supports the connection to Microsoft Outlook 2021 and Outlook 365 (64 bit). The "New Outlook" is not supported.

Microsoft Outlook has to be installed with the “.NET Programmability Support” component to secure a proper integration of SwyxIt!.
