Swyx Direct: Integration with Microsoft Teams
Swyx Direct for MS Teams enables customers to connect Microsoft Teams to Swyx telephony using Microsoft Teams' "Direct Routing" feature.
Extensions to the Device Connection Framework (DCF)
Starting with Swyx 15, a wider selection of Yealink desk phones and expansion modules is supported. This extension enables consistent device management, provisioning, and feature compatibility for a larger portion of the supported device portfolio.
Advanced Line Keys
The number of visible line buttons is now determined by the number of lines configured for the user.
SwyxIt! Web Extensions and SDK
A new SDK is now available for developing SwyxIt! Web Extensions are available. It provides a standardized interface for creating custom integrations that respond to telephony events.

Description
Simultaneous Call to a Cell Phone Number
Using the "Parallel Call to Mobile Number" feature, an incoming call to the user is simultaneously signaled on the user’s mobile phone.
This feature can also be enabled for group calls, so that incoming calls are forwarded to all mobile devices of the respective group members—for example, during on-call shifts.
Microsoft 365 as an email service
This option supports a modern authentication mechanism and is available only if you have configured Microsoft Entra ID as a federated service.
