24.10 Traces
While SwyxFax Server is active, information regarding the operation will be written in files per default, E.5 Traces of the SwyxWare Services.
When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations.
IpPbxFaxPrtGate-XXX (at error level per default)contains the messages of the SwyxFax Printer Gateway, and thus replaces the file 'printer log' from now on.
You will find this file on the PC on which the 'SwyxFax Printer Gateway' service is started, in the directory "C:\ProgramData\Swyx\Traces".
IpPbxFaxSrv-XXX (at error level per default)contains the messages of the SwyxFax Server.
You will find this file on the PC on which the 'SwyxFax Server Printer Gateway' service is started, in the directory "C:\ProgramData\Swyx\Traces".
activity.logThis file contains information regarding all SwyxFax Server activities (Call Detail Records).
You will find the settings for this Report file in the properties of SwyxFax Server (24.5.7 Tab "Protocol").
MemoryDumpsHere you will find DMP files as a reflection of the current memory. You will find this file on the PC on which the 'SwyxFax Server ' service is started, in the directory "C:\ProgramData\Swyx\MemoryDumps".
