This version of Enreach Contact Desktop contains the following functions:
Improvement in call control
Do you use Enreach Contact Desktop with other end devices besides your softphone, e.g. a desk phone or a mobile phone? Then you now have the option of terminating the call if it is mistakenly set up via a device to which you currently have no access.
For example, if you mistakenly set up an outgoing call on your desk phone at your company's headquarters when you are actually working from home, you can simply cancel this attempt and use your softphone instead.
To cancel a call if it is set up via the wrong device
During the call setup, you are shown via which of your devices the call is established.
1 Tap the red button to cancel the call setup.

The call is cancelled.
Improvement of call pickup
If you have deactivated the call control notification in favour of a smaller display, the call pick-up notification is also displayed in a small size.
In contrast to the larger representation of the notification, the smaller representation was previously not displayed during the entire ringing process, but only temporarily. In this Enreach Contact Desktop update, the smaller display now behaves in the same way as the larger display. It is therefore displayed throughout the ringing process and ends when someone in the group answers the call, when there is a timeout or when the caller decides to end the call attempt.
