3.1 Logging in

Swyx Mobile is a VoIP solution. You must be connected to the Internet to start and receive calls.
 
You have various options for logging on to Swyx Mobile:
*Log in by manually entering the login data within the Swyx Mobile settings. See also chapter To sign in to Swyx Mobile for the first time.
*Register by clicking on the link in the welcome email. See also chapter To configure Swyx Mobile using a URL (quick configuration).
*Register by scanning the QR code you received in the welcome email. See also chapter To configure Swyx Mobile using a QR Code in the welcome e-mail.
To sign in to Swyx Mobile for the first time
1 Tap on the app icon to open Swyx Mobile.
*The login page appears.
2 Enter your user name and password.
3 Enter the internal server address in the Internal server field and the address of the external server in the External server field. At least one server address must be entered.
4 Tap on Sign In.
*You are logged on to Swyx Mobile.
To configure Swyx Mobile using a URL (quick configuration)
1 Tap on the URL that you received in the welcome e-mail from your administrator.
2 It contains the following preset parameters:
*User name
*Internal server
*External server
3 To transfer the data and log in to Swyx Mobile, enter your password and tap Save.
The settings have been imported successfully.
4 Tap on Continue.
To configure Swyx Mobile using a QR Code in the welcome e-mail
1 Scan the QR code (the one on the right!) in the welcome email from your administrator using the camera app on your smartphone.

Please scan the QR code on the right. This applies to Swyx Mobile for iOS, Swyx Mobile for Android and Swyx Mobile 2020 for iOS. The left QR code calls up the configuration of Swyx Mobile 2020 for Android.
 
2 Open the link by confirming and select the Swyx Mobile app.
3 Enter your password, save and continue in the wizard.
