3.3 Phonebook
Frequently used numbers are stored in the Phonebook. You can then dial these numbers directly from the Phonebook. You can filter the phone book according to various criteria by clicking on the relevant button:
*All
*Groups, see Group.
*Global, see Global.
*Personal, see Personal.

When saving and processing personal data, observe the respective applicable legal data protection regulations. If you have any questions especially regarding data protection in SwyxWare, please contact your administrator.
 
* 
Personal data cannot be deleted automatically. In order to meet the valid data protection regulations, it may be necessary to delete the entries manually.
 
User
On the Users tab you can see all SwyxWare users.
Group
On the Groups tab you can see all SwyxWare groups.
Global
On the Global tab, you can see all global SwyxWare server phonebook entries without SwyxWare users and groups.
Personal
On the Personal tab your personal phonebook entries are displayed.
Status Signaling
The phone book provides you with information on whether
*the subscriber can currently not be reached, is absent or logged off, or does not want to be disturbed.
*the subscriber’s line is busy.
To start a call from the phone book
1 Click on in the Microsoft Teams menu bar.
*The Swyx Connector for Microsoft Teams appears.
1 Click on in the menu bar.
2 If necessary, select a tab (All, Users, Groups, Global or Personal).

2 Enter a name or number in the search field.
*The contacts are displayed.
3 Move the mouse pointer over the line of the corresponding contact and click on Call.

3 Double-click on the desired entry.
*The call is initiated.
