4.1 Dashboard
On the dashboard you will find an overview of your settings. Here you can make changes directly.
You can select your
Status signalling and see at a glance which end device you have configured for incoming calls in the
Reachability area. Below
Caller ID you can see which telephone number you use and under
My queues at which waiting fields you are registered. You can find further personal information such as your extension number or e-mail address under
My Profile.
The configuration of your
Reachability is also visible on the dashboard and can be customised directly.
The dashboard is the central location where you can easily make changes to the configuration. You can access it at any time via your profile picture in the centre of the menu bar.
