3.12 Exporting missed calls
As of VisualGroups 1.12, you can download a list of missed calls in .txt format.
To display missed calls in the user's web extension, see 3.11 Tracking missed calls.
 
Calls are not listed as missed if the same caller was successfully connected on a new call.
 
1 In the menu select Export | Missed calls.
2 Select the desired period for the export from the Timeframe dropdown list.
3 Click on Export, then select the desired storage path and confirm with Save.
*The file has been saved and can be opened (via Notepad++).
