2.2.4 Adding, editing and deleting users
You can add Swyx users to VisualGroups and assign queues and VisualGroups skin.
The synchronization with the Swyx Administration takes place with every login in the VisualGroups web portal.
If a user is assigned to several queues and these queues have different skin configuration, the skin VisualGroups enhanced will be selected automatically.
You can define for all users on the same SwyxServer the skin as system-wide standard. For further information see the Swyx documentation.
To search and filter for users
How to add users
If you delete users in SwyxWare, they are not automatically deleted in VisualGroups. They remain for reports in VisualGroups and are marked as inactive. Please note that users deleted in SwyxWare must also be deleted in VisualGroups, see How to delete a user.

Activate the checkbox in the line of the queue you want to assign the user or activate the checkbox Queue in the headline to assign the user to all queues.
Click on the "Arrow" symbol to assign the user to the selected queue.
You can also assign users via drag and drop.

Select the criteria from the dropdown list for the automatical call delivery of a user. You can define the wait and time criteria as well as the call dispatch for each queue.

You can enter a name into the search bar to search for a user.

How to delete a user
In Swyx, users with the name "VG..." are automatically created for VisualGroups (VG_license_user, VG_login_user, VG_status_user). Corresponding users are also created in Swyx for each VisualGroups queue. Do not edit or remove these users! Exception: You can edit the phone number of VG_login_user, see 3.1 Logging in or out of queues.
