Function Codes on the MobileExtensionManager
All SwyxWare functions are initiated with the help of DTMF strings. If you have SwyxIt! Mobile installed on your mobile, you will not be faced with manual input of DTMF character strings. You can select the functions directly in the SwyxIt! Mobile interface.
If you use your mobile phone without SwyxIt! Mobile, you have to control these functions by manual input of function codes.
The following function codes are available during a connection to the MobileExtensionManager:

Basic function code

Incoming calls are accepted by pressing the Answer button and the hash button. This function can be disabled (see Server-side deactivation of the recognition tone (#)).
DTMF transmission

Deactivates DTMF recognition on the MEM. If the user inputs this combination during the active connection, the MEM no longer reacts to DTMF strings but forwards them to the connected partner, in order to operate a dialog-driven system, for example.

Reactivates DTMF recognition on the MEM.

Remote Inquiry

Initiates a call to personal voicemail. The DTMF recognition on the MobileExtensionManager is automatically switched off so that the voicemail menu can be controlled. If more commands are to be sent afterwards, DTMF recognition must be reactivated by entering #0.
Conference

Starts a conference with both calls (three-way conference).
Recording List

Starts a recording. Recordings are stored in the directory (...\MEM\<SwyxWare-user name>) for trunk recordings. To obtain the directory MEM, the wildcard [trunkname] must appear in the path in the SwyxServer.

Stops a recording.

The function code xx (always two characters) is passed on. The transfer of nnn is optional. If another parameter is needed, this can be input separated by *. The command is ended with #. The mobile user can thus act as though he is entering the function code ##xxnnn# within SwyxWare.

Starts playback of the voicemail with the ID ddd, without date and time
Hold/Call Swap

The active call is put on hold. You will hear the internal dial tone. A further number can now be dialed. Close this dialing with #.
Disconnection of a call

The connection to the active call is cleared.
Transfer of a call

The two calls are connected to each other.

Blind Call Transfer to nnn. Requirement: You have only one call.

The active call is interrupted, and then put through again to the user's devices (excluding the mobile phone).
