SwyxMobile is a component of the "SwyxProfessional" option pack, but is also available as an independent option. The SwyxMobile licenses are individual licenses and apply for the number of users to whom the "SwyxMobile" function was assigned within the feature profile.
The SwyxMobile license does not include a user license. This must additionally be present.
The administrator must activate the option "SwyxMobile" in the feature profile that is assigned to the user.For further information please refer to chapter Feature Profile.
If you want users to change their SwyxMobile settings independently, please enable the option "Change settings for mobile extensions" under the tab "Rights" within the user settings. For further information please refer to chapter The “Properties…” Dialog: "Rights" Tab.
In addition, use of the mobile extension must be activated in the Forwardings on the "Mobile Extensions" tab, and correspondingly parameterized (For further information please refer to chapter The ”Mobile Extensions” Tab.).
Once the maximum number of users is reached, an entry is generated in the Eventlog that no more licenses are available.
In the SwyxWare Administration, SwyxMobile licenses can be added, or existing ones made permanent. For further information please refer to chapter The “Licenses” Tab.

No SwyxIt! Mobile 2015 licenses are necessary for SwyxMobile.
